Time and again, Pam heard the stories of military families who struggle too much, too often to find financial stability simply because the spouse can’t find meaningful work that fits the military lifestyle.
Then in 2016, after yet another in a long string of conversations with military veterans and spouses, Pam couldn’t stop thinking about how wrong it is for military spouses, fiancés, and partners to be denied a career just because they’re sharing life with a solider.
“I literally stayed awake all night wondering what I could do to help military families,” says Pam. “I remember thinking, ‘What a great model we have here with our sales and recruiting team, helping our clients find top talent. If only we could come up with something like that to employ, equip, and empower military spouses.”

Today, Operation Mobile Spouses plays an influential role in the lives of U.S. military spouses everywhere. Not only are we welcoming them to our team at Central Point Partners by offering them jobs from entry-level sourcing to senior-level recruiting, but we work hard to find positions that are the right fit for each spouse. They give up so much when their partner's give up everything for this country and while we can never thank them for their sacrifice, we can do our best to make sure their career is not one more thing they have to give up. By finding military spouses remote careers with our partners, we are giving back to military spouses.
