WHAT WE DO

Think flexible, rewarding work that works for you and your not-so-normal life is an impossible mission? No wonder. With an unemployment rate six times higher than the national average, there are far too many military spouses being left behind in the workplace and out of the working world. We think that’s flat-out wrong. So, together with our partners, Operation Mobile Spouses is doing something about it.

We employ, equip, and empower talented military spouses with meaningful remote career opportunities, while offering flexibility, inviting collaboration, and cultivating community.

EMPLOY

At the end of the day, our goal is to get military spouses fulfilling careers. When their partners agree to sacrifice it all for this country, they too end up sacrificing so much. We cannot thank them enough for what they do, but we can do our best to get them careers. We want to train military spouses to be successful, senior-level recruiters. Even if they have no experience, we want to give them the training necessary to have a successful remote career with Central Point Partners. But that’s not enough for us, we want to do more. Remote positions are more common now than they have ever been, and that is where companies like yours come in. We want to take those spots and fill them with qualified military spouses. Military spouses tend to be more educated than their civilian counter-part, and underemployed. Let us do the hiring for you and show you all that these amazing individuals have to offer. We know from experience how much theses spouses give up, let us do our part: hire military spouses.

EQUIP

Everyone works best when they feel capable and equipped. We are committed to providing an in-depth training program, so our new hires feel like they can do their jobs well, even if this is their first time working in the staffing industry. The focus for our program is to place military spouses in careers, and make sure, with the help of our partners, they have the tools available for success.

Even if a military spouse has no experience in the staffing industry, we are invested in, and committed to, their success within this program. Central Point Partners offers a nationally recognized and certified sourcers training program, which is useful most in scenarios like these.

We are committed to training and certifying newly hired military spouses, and we hope to facilitate a seamless transition into the industry for both the employees and businesses involved.

EMPOWER

Operation Mobile Spouses aims to support and employ military spouses not only during PCS season, but for life. We value our employees sacrifice that they make every day for this country, and we know our partners do as well. As a program that is ran by an active-duty military spouse, we know what a difference a meaningful career can make. By giving up so much of yourself for your spouse’s career you give away a lot of power. We want to give that back to you, something just for you, the unsung hero: the military spouse.
